LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COACHING PROGRAM

We offer this one program and use it as the template for any coaching work we do with our executives and leaders.  Nothing is carved in stone except our requirements about who we work with.

WHY:

Because...your career is stuck.

Because...you've spent money on self-improvement or coaching in other areas of your life: a trainer, golf or sports pro, maybe even a financial advisor?

Because...they didn't teach you everything in MBA school.

Because...you want to rise above and be the best possible leader you can be.

WHO:

Our Executive Leadership Development Coaching Program (ELDCP) requirements for those with whom we work:

  1. to work in direct leadership of a team or organization.
  2. to have what you believe is your goal in mind.
  3. to state and demonstrate readiness for learning, making choices and willingness to take action and achieve/accomplish their goal.
  4. to be willing to hear and face your truth.
  5. to step in and up to a bigger, better version of your game and yourself.

WHERE:

We provide our programs via Skype®, telephone, e-mail, chat, in person and any combination.

WHEN:

You determine the schedule and duration of the meetings with your Ko-ching ELD Coach.

WHAT:

A 90 day program with an agenda and key performance indicators (determined with you and your Ko-ching ELD coach) which creates a scorecard you use as you progress through the program.

Optional in person "job shadowing" components and integrated 360 degree style assessments may be added.

Issues we deal with most often seem to fall in to three categories.  Here are some examples.

HOW:

Coaching is a time-tested, research-based method to achieve positive, sustainable change to desired results.  Systems theory, neuro-cognitive behavior, the communications process,  as well as management and leadership comprehension are but a few of the critical elements that go in to a masterful Ko-ching coach for and with leaders.

Coaching seeks to enhance work AND life performance by supporting the participant in learning, defining and expanding at the cognitive, emotional, physical and behavioral level.  Individuals discover, design and develop the appropriate shifts and choices to accountably achieve their goals.  Just like athletic coaches do.

All of our coaches have been employed in corporate America in executive leadership positions.  Most ARE women and possess advanced degrees in their field and must have prior experience in leadership development, coaching executives and a masters certification level coach credential from an International Coach Federation or International Association of Coaches approved program.

A very interactive and conversational five-stage process is typically used in each contact point:

  • Readiness and Values Assessment

  • Discovering

  • Designing

  • Delivering

  • Following-up

During the process you will receive masterful coaching,  information, resources, acknowledgement, accountability, support and yes,  challenges that support your professional goals in a professional, confidential, and safe environment.

You will come to the relationship with knowledge of yourself and reveal the results and your related thoughts to any previous assessments you've participated in.

The focus of the sessions will be continuing your learning as we discuss accomplishments and achievements made between calls.  We discuss obstacles you are facing, skill development, processing of information, and accountability. Specific tasks or assignments will be agreed upon and worked on between meetings. E-mail correspondence is available between meetings.

INVESTMENT:

Like any professional or personal development program, it's an investment of your time and energy which will take you forward toward more of what you do want.  How many promotions or average or needs improvement job evaluation cycles do you need to go through before you decide to invest in insights and skills which belong to YOU to create greater demand for YOU and therein, your earning power?

The basic ELDCP program revolves around your agenda and your goals - it includes twelve 50 minute telephone calls and as many e-mails or brief check-in calls as you require over 90 days.  It includes deliverables:  values assessment, communications assessment, powerful questions, key performance indicator tracking and score carding, our famous 20 Rules for Today's Leaders --and you'll have it  all within a period of no more than 90 days.

Because of our level of attention and support offered to our client base, we only accept a limited number of clients in to our programs.

Job shadowing and involvement of other staff or support personnel within your organization is available and can be discussed with your Ko-ching consultant.

TAX TIP:  Check with your tax advisor about the tax deductibility of our programming as professional training, consultation or professional development and training.
