We offer our individual coaching services in a variety of ways and we want to know what works for you and your schedule.

90% of our clients are not geographically in the Twin Cities area, so a phone or web conference is how we primarily work, even with those who are local to us.

Some clients want an introductory session at no cost to them.

No problem, we do that.

Some clients are more than ready and want just one discovery session to clarify and create an action plan or gain encouragement - those one call wonders might last 30 - 60 minutes, one time.

Some want ongoing discovery, work with us an hour a week for four to 12 weeks, others want to coach two or three times a week for 15 to thirty minutes and there are also people who want to touch base every day for five to ten minutes daily.  Some need to accommodate coaching in the evening, some early morning and still others on the weekends.  The point is, we do it all, based on your agenda and our understanding and abilities.

Our organizational coaching programs generally start with a discovery session with those who hire us.  A goal is defined and set by the organization.  The team is advised of the goal and is met with individually to have discovery sessions with the coach(es).  From there the best course of coaching actions are presented to the organization and either conducted or not.

We don't work with everyone.  Seriously, if we don't believe we are a good fit for you or your organization we have

the same choice you do.  And we aren't afraid to make that choice.

We may see or hear things that we deem other issues that may need to be addressed before or simultaneously with coaching. Coaching, when conducted professionally, isn't therapy or facilitation or consulting.  We coach.  When we work with you or your team it's exactly what we do.  And it's based on your goals, your readiness, your agenda and your best ways, not ours.

We'd also advise you to be wary of coaches offering to do your marketing plan, resume, budget, training and facilitation while also serving as your coach.   Coaching is a one hat profession.   It is   Ko-ching's understanding and best plan of action to allow no confusion between the lines of professional coaching and other services you may want or need in your life.  There are no shortage of multi-talented groups that combine these efforts.

A coach coaches.  Period.  If others on our team or theirs offer additional services, they stand alone and are a separate body of work.  Coaching is a very specific model and craft.  Coaches who mix their services in with your coaching are not following established professional guidelines sent up by the professional coaching schools and the governing body, The International Coach Federation.  This style of coaching may work for you however it is not the type of coaching our organization offers.

From time to time we offer telephone seminars and workshops for private or public groups that approach us with a common area of interest.  Join our mail list by contacting us and we'll email invite you to it.

And do let us know, with the wide variety of coaches we work with and through we can coach you on anything.
